This Privacy Policy describes how Mary Legal USA, Inc., (doing business as Mary Technology) (“we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use and share information that relates to an identifiable individual (“Personal Information”) in the course of operating our AI platform (the “Service”). This Policy applies to Personal Information we collect on www.marytechnology.com and www.getmarytechnology.com (the “Websites”), our social media channels, or from you directly through other means. This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked from our Websites. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Cookie Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
This Policy does not apply to any Personal Information contained in input to the AI platform, output generated by the AI platform, or documents uploaded to the AI platform (“Customer Data”). The processing of Customer Data is governed by our Terms and Conditions or other agreements executed with customers.
We respect your privacy and are dedicated to securing and protecting any Personal Information we have about you.

Information you provide directly. We collect Personal Information from you if you create an account to use our Service or otherwise interact with our Websites or Service:

We may also use publicly available information to develop and train the AI platform, such as judgements or public filings, that relate to an individual.
- Integration partners: We collect data from third-party applications connected to the AI platform, such as document management systems, when authorized by the user. Your use of such third-party applications is governed by their terms of use and privacy policies.
Information we collect automatically.
As you interact with our Websites, we collect certain kinds of information through automated means, including:

Additionally, we may share aggregated and de-identified information without restriction, in compliance with applicable law. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.
4. What choices do you have regarding your personal information?
We provide you with the following choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us:
- Account information: You can update the profile information associated with your account through your account settings.
- Cookies and web beacons: See our Cookie Policy for your options regarding cookies. Our Websites do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals, as there is no uniform standard for Do-Not-Track recognition at this time.
- Promotional emails: If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, you may unsubscribe by clicking “unsubscribe” in the communication or by sending us an email stating your request to support@marytechnology.com. If you choose to opt out of promotional emails, we will still send you emails pertaining to your account and transactions with us.
5. Data Security and Retention
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to safeguard the Personal Information we collect. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the internet cannot be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of the Personal Information transmitted through the Websites or the Service. We retain the Personal Information we collect for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by our agreements with you.
6. Children's Data
The Websites and the Service are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that an individual under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to the Websites or the Service, please contact us at support@marytechnology.com so that we can attempt to delete that information.
7. How will we make updates to this Policy?
It is our policy to post any changes we make to this Policy on this page with an accompanying notification on the Websites' home page. If we make material changes to how we treat your Personal Information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your user account.
